Tokyo Ghoul OC

Though happy most of the time she does hold grudges, her strongest grudge is against the CCG for kidnapping her mother. 

Bio:-
Only offspring of Liza Turner (Alive) and Harry Svard (Deceased). 
In Tashas younger years she and her parents lived in Ward 13 (Notoriously known as being the ward of "Jason"- S Rated Ghoul").

   She inherited the Koukaku gene from her mother and colouring from her fathers Bikaku.
Her mother was a flourist and her father computer technician. They lived a moderately happy life, keeping under the Doves radar and out of criminal ghouls way.

  At 8 years of age Tashas father was kidnapped and used as a source of entertainment in a cannibalistic event hosted by a small group of Criminal ghouls. After his death, they moved over to the 15th Ward in order to keep safe.With her father no longer around, it was the job of Liza to sort out a once a month hunt in order to keep herself and Tasha strong. Liza always picked off the bad people within the area so hunting was never an issue emotionally.

Once settled in and having made good social connections, Tasha went back into regular education and flourished as a young student.
Many years had passed and both mother and daughter fit in with their human community. By mixing with humans it helped them blend in and not be spotted as potential ghoul targets.
 
It was unfortunate that Lizas closeness to humans had initially led to being noticed by a lady in the flat above there own. She was a hermit and barely came out, only really to water her balcony plants.
She was a much older Ukaku ghoul who went by the name of Mrs Norma, and kept to herself. Unbeknownst to Liza, she was also a spy for the CCG and would from time to.  She gave an tip-off the Doves on any interesting ghouls in the area. 

One day after having a rare evening on the balcony she glanced down to the streets below to find Tashas mother finishing off a human with her kagune. Interested by the interesting kagune shape and its movement, Liza was next on her list.

Days later Liza returned home to have lunch where she was met by the presence of the CCG. Due to her unique Koukaku Kagune shape, she had to be immobilized by 2 investigators. Instead of being killed she was trasported to the Cochlea Ghoul Prison in the 23rd Ward.

Now Living alone, Tasha had to fend for herself and also make money to keep up with the rent. She had to teach herself the basics of hunting and hunted once every few months.  To help her hold out against pre-hunger she buys a lot of coffee.

(-Kagune Facts-)
Koukaku Kagune: 
- Formed on mainly the left side under one shoulder-blade, Tashas kagune forms the shape of a shell crusted wing.

- Tasha’s Kagune is not entirely fixed around a limb (most common placement with koukaku is for it to wrap around an arm)
It can be moved around freely in short to mid range defenses and attacks in-front or behind her.

- Although the Kagune has slightly more free movement compared to common Koukaku it doesn't have the flexibility of Rinkaku and cannot stretch out to long ranges.

- Offensive uses of her Kagune allows the shelled appendage to sharpen at its end in order to act as a heavy blade. 

- As an extra to her kagune, it's main point of origin grows a small Armour plate over the right shoulder.


 Facts:-

- Does not kill for pleasure
- Hates cannibalistic natures of some of her kind.
- Hunts outside social group- Prefers to go for the unkind humans
- Has no alliance to any Ghoul group but is warming to Anteiku (Agrees with their way of life)
- Never hunts alone (For security)

- Loves socializing with ghoul and human friends
- Always adds a hint of vanilla to her coffee
- She is an independent artist who does her work in a small one person apartment in Tokyo.
